You’ll jump right into the action of our Traditional Archery Arts coaching , where we do drills and plays for two hoursOn the banks of the enchanting Nile. There areEquipment and everything you need to enter the dazzling traditional Archery world, so you’ll be helping us with the drills and coaching. Be prepared to be active, sweat, and definitely be on your toes while having fun with the Bow and Arrow.
The training will focus on ancient Archery techniques used in wars, hunting and fighting.
Training covers the following points:
- History and origin of the bow and arrow
- Parts and types of wooden bow and arrow
- Bow holding skills
- Nocking arrows skills
- Draw and Release skills
- Targeting accuracy skills
- Hiting skills from varying distances
- Hiting skills of different Positions
- A practical session on how to make arrows
