It was my second tour with Boney and Dinu and it was even better than the first one! I had an interesting tour trough a tea factory just for myself and the possibility to walk down trough a tea plantation with amazing views to a little village where I had the best lunch during my whole stay in a house of a local family and a visit of 2 different temples. I was the only tourist during the whole day at every place we were visiting and it was the best escape from the crowds you could as for!

This tour is so worth it! Haputale area is beautiful, tea plantations everywhere… Dinuka, my guide, was super attentive and kind. He brought water, sweets and tea to drink during our field walk and had a vast knowledge of the flora and fauna arround. Totally recommend it!!

We had a full day out with Dinu and his driver. Picked us up from the hotel and we travelled to the Lipton tea plantation. After that we went to Haputale tea factory and were able to go inside to see the full process from tea picking to bagging ready for auction. Incredible experience being able to see the machinery and workers in action. Tea tasting and then tea & cake afterwards was a treat. After this we went to find more waterfalls and Dinu knows all the best and remote places to take you to. He’s so friendly, knowledgeable and all round great guy. Really enjoyed his company and would highly recommend any tour - hiking, Cyling, waterfalls, and tea factories .. this guys knows everyone and gets you into places that are not normally on general tours. He also has a few surprises along the way…..
