Overview

Escape for a day, to your daily life, with this unforgettable experience in the south of Mauritius. Yan and Abi will share their passion for their still wild and picturesque region, preserved from the tourist tumult. They will take you on a boat tour of the lagoon, with the view of the mythical mountain of Le Morne. You will have the opportunity to practice snorkeling near the barrier reef where you will have the chance to swim with dolphins. In season (June-September), you also observe the majestic jumps of humpback whales. Lunch, facing the sea, with a grill of exclusively fresh and local products (+ lobsters). Security measures We have an up-to-date tourist transport permit by boat, we are audited regularly. We also have insurance and all the necessary equipment for your safety (lifejackets)

Meeting points

Pick up on the beach between JW Marriott and Lux Le Morne hotels. You will find a small parking lot, and we will wait you closed to the boat house.

This was a really great experience. The guys were friendly and knowledgable. The swimming with the dolphins was great and they knew all the right spots to go to. The lunch they made was amazing as well. Overall, we had a great time.

Amazing half day private boat tour

We had an amazing half day boat trip on Metaphore with Ian and Shiakti. We were travelling as a family with young children and they ensured that every family member had an amazing time. We saw and swam with dolphins, eagle rays and turtles, had an amazing lunch on a private island. We even did some fishing which my son absolutely loved. It was the perfect day and after doing so much research exploring all the options for boat trips, I was extremely happy to have made the decision to choose Metaphore.

Great expierence for whole family! Starting from moment you board boat you feel looked after in best possible way! Our kids went swimming with dolphins and sea turtle, while being watched over not only by us but by the crew as well! And the lunch was amazing! The food 10 out of 10! The atmoshphere - incredible!

this was an amazing exeprience, swimming "with" dolphins. You can't really swim with them because they won't let you get close enough since they are wild and not trained. But it's thrilling to watch them diving under you or swimming next to you over and over again. This is an absolute "must"thing to do, don't miss out on it!
