el Sol Sunset Yoga is a unique, guided program including a bit of walk to Lagos's most beautiful beach, 50 min Hatha Yoga and 10 min Meditation while the sun is going down. Breathtaking view and magical environment! It is definitely a must to do on your holiday! If you look for different time and/or location, please do not hesitate to visit our website: www.elsol-lifestyle.com. We opened classes also in Portimao and Salema and we offer a wide range of Yoga experience: Sunset Yoga, FullMoon Yoga, Private Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Tours and Outdoor Fitness as well :)

Itinerary

Sunset Yoga in Lagos We are starting our class with a little walk to a more hidden spot at Praia de Porto Mós, surrounded with an amazing cliff and a view over the ocean. The class is a Hatha Yoga-based class that is open to all levels of practice, beginner to advanced. When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, the light is changing and another small cycle closes after a busy day. This is the perfect time to practice and remind yourself of the journey of letting go. Come and join us and enjoy the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh ocean. Please sign up in advanced! Starting time might change depending on weather, tide and sunset time, which I will text you a day before the booked class. If the given days are not suitable for you, please get in contact and we will find a solution.

Yoga at sunset over the Atlantic Ocean - an amazing experience!

Julie was so personable and passionate which made for a memorable experience! Hearing the ocean waves and the sounds of nature in the foreground made for a tranquil setting. The sunset was amazing, so serene!

The instructor was wonderful. She taught at just the right pace whether experienced or inexperienced. The beach setting was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing provided a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Sunset Yoga in Lagos - A First-Time Experience to Remember

I attended my very first Sunset Yoga class on Saturday, June 8, 2024, in Lagos, and it was a truly amazing experience. The instructor was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, including those of us with no prior experience. unfortunately we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, But I felt encouraged and supported throughout, and the instructor's guidance helped me feel more confident in my movements. It's definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone, regardless of their yoga background. Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to yoga. I can't wait to see the photos and laugh at how balanced (or not) I looked in the Warrior 3 pose! 5 Stars experience Regards, Kaj
