Such a unique location and delightful chef and teacher, Ricardo. As English speakers, we were a bit apprehensive about communication, but since the other guests spoke English as a 2nd language, Ricardo was very fluent and spoke only English.
He enlisted the class in meal preparation, showing handy knife skills and tips for avoiding tears while cutting onions. We made appetizers, learned how to prepare a calamari and Monkfish, and of course a wonderful paella.
The food was delicious, and the atmosphere friendly, fun & captivating. It was a night I'll always remember. Thank you, Ricardo!
