El Yunque National Forest

Explore one of the most important diverse ecosystems in the United States. Experience the waterslide thrills and rope swing in this amazing ecosystem. Your tour begins with morning pickup from Isla Verde, Condado or Ocean Park. On arrival, follow your guide and get ready for a moderate hike. The scenic area leads to the inside of the Rio Fajardo, where you can enjoy the natural waterslide formation. This is the only Puerto Rican adventure hiking tour you'll need to take. You will feel like a local hiking in the forest. Join us for an in-depth, outdoor, off-the-beaten-path adventure to El Yunque. No other company will connect you to the nature and the local culture or Puerto Rico.

Gillian gave us an awesome tour and ensured our whole group had a safe, fun trip. She is very knowledgeable on the rainforest and made sure we saw all the beautiful sights along the way. She even went the extra mile to grab trash left behind by others, providing a clean experience for all current/future travelers. The team was even accomadating to our request of getting picked up near the Wyndham Resort where we were staying. Transport car was clean and timely. Overall, 5 stars and would recommend as a fun afternoon activity. Parts of the hike can be challenging and would recommend wearing water shoes/waterproof case but both are provided. Attached are some photos.

Amazing water hike with Louis!!

Louis was an AMAZING tour guide!! The hike was fun and exciting. The natural water slides, cliff jumping, and rope dives were great. I would say the water shoes are an absolute must — $10 at the entrance or cheaper on Amazon. It’s not a hard hike but it’s a pretty active one, I would say you have to be in decent shape to do the excursion altogether. Overall the time was so much fun and I would highly highly recommend!
