Be ready to make that dream a reality with this 4+ hour Fiat 500 tour from Florence with a wine tasting experience. Your guide will lead the convoy on the adventure of a lifetime as you drive your own Fiat 500 through the countryside. The breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills, historic Tuscan Villas, cypress lined roads, endless vineyards and captivating olive groves are visuals you will never forget.

Itinerary

Fiat 500s were introduced to the Italian masses at the end of the 1950s, and quickly became the nation's favorite little car. Eye-catching and stylishly retro, the earliest Fiat 500 models remain the most sought-after vintage cars in Italy today, and you’ll experience their nostalgic glory on your 5-hour tour. After meeting your expert guide at a private garage in Florence, you’ll be introduced to your meticulously restored 1960s Fiat 500 and given a comprehensive safety briefing. You will have a practice session to get used to the car’s manual gears. If you’re the nominated driver in your group, you must be confident using them. Leave Florence behind and head to the hills in a convoy following your guide. As you drive along secluded roads with little traffic, your guide will keep you entertained with fascinating facts about the region and its world-famous wines. After two hours of leisurely driving through Tuscan and Chianti landscape, you’ll arrive at your destination -- a beautiful 15th-century Renaissance villa and wine estate, tucked into the hills. Must Do Experience!!

This was a must do experience. Bella and Eduardo were amazing tour guides. The history and knowledge they gave us helped us enjoy the day. The food and drinks they provided were top-notch. And the cars were awesome to drive! We will do this again and highly recommend!

Our Tuscan adventure with Grace!

This was a bucket list item for my husband, and did not disappoint in any way! David was our guide, and he was there and ready for us, even when we were there a little early. We were the only ones on the tour and never felt rushed at any point. My husband had the privilege of driving “Grace” and she ran beautifully and was well taken care of. It is amazing that they let people sign up to drive these vintage cars. People need to have high respect for these cars and the care that is put into them. Our wine tasting after the tour was wonderful, felt like we were apart of the Italian culture outside the craziness of Florence. We even got a certificate at the end with our names written in by our tour guides son, which made it even more special. Would 10/10 recommend this for people. As being one who doesn’t drive manual, getting to watch my husband drive a vintage fiat 500 was so cool! He loved it!

Fantastic day out driving around Tuscany in the vintage Fiat 500. The weather wasn't on our side and in fact, I was the only person on the tour that day but David is a real nice guy and we had good craic. The lunch stop was very nice and I enjoyed the food and the wine samples. I took the T1 tram out of the centre and then enjoyed the walk up to the starting point passing some beautiful homes. I'd certainly recommend doing this if you are having any thoughts at all.

We had a fabu time driving a short distance around Tuscany - what beautiful views! The cars are so fun and it was hilarious learning to drive a vintage Fiat. My husband was in heaven and it was a very cool date day for us. David and Sophie were really great and we enjoyed talking to them and sharing a glass of wine at lunch.
