Ever been interested in trying scuba diving, but not ready to jump straight in with a full course. Why not try a Discover Scuba Diving session, where you will get to experience scuba in a safe and controlled manner. We provide you with all the equipment you'll need to start you on your underwater adventure.

Itinerary

Please note that we offer two start times, and while but timings offer a great experience we generally recommend the morning slot as the weather is cooler and there is a greater chance of seeing the turtles. We are certified providers of the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program, which is specifically designed for people to first experience the wonders of scuba diving. During a Discover Scuba Diving lesson our experts will explain the basics of diving and introduce you to the diving equipment. In shallow water you’ll have the chance to complete some diving techniques, breathe underwater for the first time and experience what it’s like to swim beneath the waves and see into our underwater world. Our diving location, Green Bay, is absolutely ideal for beginners; with shallow calm waters and things to see like Fish Rock and some small underwater statues, Subject to availability we provide a free edited video of your dive as part of your booking; examples of our videos (and the dive itself) can be found on our YouTube page @Nautilusscubadiving.

Great experience

Maria was very patient with us , as we are beginners and I went with my 10 years old daughter. Was worried about her, and didn’t expect she would do so well. Great experience and worth of money as you got a video at the end. For me personally lesson seemed short but that’s because my mask all the time was filling with a water or became foggy. Would recommend Nautilus diving centre.

Myself and my two children (12 and 11) went out today with Dawn and her partner for our first ever diving experience. We had a fantastic time and felt very safe and well looked after. We seen lots of amazing marine life and both our guides were very knowledgeable and pointed out things of interest like sea urchins and razor fish. It was an all round great experience and I would recommend to anyone and would like to add that single parents need not worry as they looked after my children extremely well. Thankyou!

Amazing experience, worth the money. Instructor made sure we felt safe the entire time! Got too see loads of fish and take pictures with the statues.
