Anju was a phenomenal hostess and cooking instructor! What I appreciated most about the experience was the personalized instruction, details regarding the measurements and pre-cooking prep process and the fact that it was all done in her beautiful home (Om Homestay) in the kitchen where she cooks for her family every day. We prepared several courses including Chai Masala, Chapati, Jira Rice, Dar Taka, Matar Paneer and Halwa (traditional desert from this part of India).
I highly recommend this experience!
