Arrival Instructions Regardless of if you are landing on Terminal A or B of Punta Cana International airport, please go outside the terminal and you will see your driver waiting with a sign with your name. Please, be aware of “pirate taxis”, they will try to “help” you by making fake calls saying that your driver said he won’t be on time or he has a problem but this is not true, also beware of timeshare representatives offering tours at a ”discounted” rate on the condition that you go to a ”lunch” or ”presentation”.

I had the pleasure of using Caribbean Airport Transfers during my recent trip, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment they picked me up, I was impressed by their punctuality — they arrived exactly on time, which immediately set the tone for an stress-free experience. The vehicle was immaculate, clearly well-maintained, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable ride from start to finish. Not only that, but they offered refreshing drinks along the way, which was such a nice touch, especially in the warm weather. The music selection was perfect—relaxing and upbeat, it made the journey to the resort feel like part of the vacation experience itself. The ride was incredibly smooth, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. I’ll definitely be using Caribbean Airport Transfers again for my future trips—it's clear they go above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Perfect start of our Punta Cana vacation

This is one of the best car services we’ve booked on our trips. The driver was on time and he took us to the van where he blasted the A/C. Punta Cana is so hot that we were dying by the time we got to the van. We appreciate the driver having cold water for us. On the way back, he was on time as well. On the way to and from the airport we talked about the country and things we could do and see. We’re very happy with the service and recommend it 100%!
