The factory is open to the public from 9:30am to 3pm, Monday through Thursday, and Friday until 2pm. Children under 18 may take the tour without an entrance fee. Tours are offered in English and Spanish, we also have other languages subject to availability German, Italian and French.

Jean Carlos Davis gave us the best tour we've had in a long time he knew his his stuff seem very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We highly recommend this tour and we give Jean Carlos a 10 and Jorge the bartender 10. Excellent experience.

Excellent tour with a marvelous guide. Definitely recommend. Lots of history. If you have been to a distillery in Kentucky, this is a similar process.

We wanted to visit a Rum distillery and tasting. Our driver Sandro knew a tour guild at Ron Barcelona and booked us a tour. We purchased the $30 tour and Sergio was our guide. It was by far the Best tasting tour I’ve ever been on. Such a clean and nice distillery and facility. Our guide Sergio was so knowledgeable and nice. I would Highly recommend this tour. The prices on their Rum is better than anywhere else.
