Punta Cana Airport Transfer

We have used Diamond Transfer many times. As usual their representative was waiting with our name on his clipboard when we cleared immigration & customs. He then called for a taxi which took 20-25 minutes to arrive, probably due to traffic congestion in Punta Cana.

Transportation was good, waiting for us when we arrived and our pick for the return flight was right on time. They provide good customer service, easily got ahold of them when we asked to change our return to include 2 extra people. Just had to pay the extra fee and they sent a bigger vehicle.

Fendy Suárez did a very good job from reaching us at our hotel lobby and getting us to the airport quickly and safely. Would recommend diamond transfers again!

Excelent job, the guy did call me while we were on the passport control and were waiting for us in front of airport, he was so kind, he did show us the atraction on the way to the hotel and did help us about luggage. I advice to everyone to use this service, 10 stars for them
