This unique beginner-level canyoning activity (also known as the Benahavís River Walk) offers the perfect opportunity to explore the stunning Spanish outdoors, combining both hiking and swimming in a breathtaking river setting. With slopes, caves, deep waters, cliffs, and loose stones, the course is certainly challenging. However, the unbelievable beauty of the area and fun experience will make it all worth it. It takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the 3 kilometers long trail. This activity is perfect for adventurers aged 8 to 65, making it a fantastic family experience. By booking a private guided tour for the river walk you will be accompanied by an experienced English speaking guide. He will take care of any needed safety equipment and help you and your group through the tricky parts of the trail.

We strongly recommend bringing as little as possible with you, as car break-ins can unfortunately happen at this parking area. If you don’t come by car, you can leave small items in the guide’s car at your own risk. The guide will bring a camera to take photos and a waterproof tube for the car keys.
