Our group were cousins on an Italian trip, which was absolutely fabulous!! I love to cook so this was definitely on my bucket list in Italy, the other two really donāt care to cook much, but weāre good sports and came with me to the pasta making class. Anna and Claudia were so much fun and helpful as we made pizza dough, fettuccine pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu. Anna made Margherita pizza with the dough each student had made it was baked in her wood oven in the outdoor kitchen using olive tree wood. While we were making our pastas she had a bolognese sauce simmering, which smelled delicious! After finishing our fettuccine and gnocchi she cooked them and served them with the sauce, it was amazing. All three of us decided it was one of the top things that we did while we were in Italy for 10 days.
