Fantastic cooking class

Filippo and Marcello were fantastic! Very engaging, knowledgeable and loads of fun. They asked about allergies and I can’t eat tomato. Marcello created a divine sauce just for me, but everybody ended up using it. Loads of laughs, fabulous food and take home recipes. I highly recommend this cooking class to make and taste authentic Italian pizza and gelato.

One of our favorite food is pizza so what better activity than to go to a pizza cooking school! It was so much fun to not only make our pizza and gelato and get to it eat but also we really enjoyed talking with a few ladies from other countries. My husband was one of only two men but he said he it was a lot of fun! Our chef/teacher was great too-I can’t remember his name.

I had a lovely time during the cooking class. Serena is a very warm and spontaneous person. I learned a lot about Sicilian food and loved every minute of the class. Will definitely recommend this class when visiting Palermo
