We had an amazing experience! Parking was included, which is always a plus. When we arrived at the office, the assistant was seated at the desk. There are both indoor and outdoor waiting areas. Though the office is small, it has just enough space.
After a short wait, Richard, who was coming back with a group, greeted us. Before leading our group to the pier (very short walk across the street), we had to leave our cell phones in bins provided in the office. Cellphones are not allowed on the jet skis. The guides take your pictures & a quick video on the water. Downloads are given for a fee and are not include. We kept our shoes and towels, which we left at the dock before boarding the jet skis.
Michael, Richard, and Diego briefed us on the jet ski guidelines and gave a brief tutorial on hand signals. We were also given a life vest. Michael and Diego accompanied us on the tour and were excellent guides. Micheal was the lead. Our group had five jet skis, and the tour was very enjoyable. The tour lasted almost an hour, which was just the right amount of time for me.
I would definitely recommend this experience and suggest reading all the FAQs before making payment. Please note that you must be 18 or older to drive a jet ski, and passengers do not have to pay the full fee (the full fee is $150.00 as of March 2025).
