If you ever find yourself in the capital of Greenland, Nuuk, and have limited time, but want to see as much as possible, this tour is something for you.
We will start the tour by picking you up in our 4x4 car wherever you are located in Nuuk - at your ship, at your accommodation, or at the airport!
On this tour, you will see everything from where it all began in the charming colonial harbor to the new different areas and see the historical development of Nuuk city with the new modern buildings.
We will stop by the very best photo sights in the town such as "The end of the world", a viewpoint from where you can see the Kook Islands and mount Kingigtorsuaq, North of Nuuk, where you can see parts of the world's second-largest fjord system and look at Nuuk's landmark, Sermitsiaq mountain.
You will have the option of stopping by a souvenir shop (within opening hours). If you have any special wishes or places you would like to see, it becomes your very own tailor-made tour.

Nuuk is the most beautiful and unusual city.

It was an another person along on this tour with me. Our tour guide was Mats.
He give a best tour. We have rain that day and he change the pickup time for when the rain stop 7 pm. Instead the 1 hr 30 min. He give us 3 hrs. We was finish 10 pm. We also see also the beautiful sun down by the sea and also the floating ice burgs. We visited all the old and new city.
He explain everything about the city population, hydro energy run the city. University education, well equip hospital also one of the very safe city. Also he take us out of the city.
Nuuk is one of the most beautiful and unusual city. Beautiful architecture. Very bright colorful family houses and big high rise building. We also see the Aurora hotel which is change the outside color of the building as you go closer. A day before the Northern light was visible here. They building a new airport with longer landing so big plane can land here.
We went to many high lookout point were the view was beautiful to the city and the sea, also the seaport were they have big fishing ship making completely processing the seafood. Also have a cruise ship in port. They have big shopping centers you can by everything here also museums to learn about Greenland.

I have been to Nuuk, Greenland 5 times now, and I have always found it to be a pleasant stay. I stay at the Soma Hotel and is easy to visit throughout the city, as there are musuems, souvenir shops, nice restaurants, a mall-Nuuk Center, Katuaq Cultural Center, where there is a restaurant and facility for movies, plays, dance, concerts.
