Great experience

Fantastic and well worth the cost. The food was delicious and Cindy's knowledge of the culture and history of creole and cajun food made this our favorite New Orleans experience.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time. Harriet our chef made it very entertaining and educational at the same time. And the food that she prepared was great!

Amazing, wonderful, can't say enough good things!

Michael was amazingly entertaining and shared a mountain of information about the history of Nola, we had such a great time while enjoying one of the best meals we had in the city! I highly recommend taking a cooking class here. Sadly, we enjoyed the event so much, we forgot to take pictures!

Great experience, food...

Great experience, food was so delicious. Our chef, Iā€™m sorry I donā€™t remember her name was very professional, interactive with the crowd and cooked some really good jambalaya, gumbo and pralines!

Food & fun! Plan to do it again.

WOW. The experience was so much more than I expected. Rene (Chef/Presenter) provided more than you mix X with Y etc. He gave in depth explanation of why combining ingredients in a certain manner yields the results. Best was how to prevent okra from being slimy. Rene explained the origins & difference between Creole and Cajun. After preparing the gumbo & jambalaya, we got to taste test. So delicious. While we were chowing down, Rene started making the pralines & telling their history. Good food, good information and stories and good company. What more could you ask for?
