  • Nu’uanu Pali

    Our first stop of the day is at one of the most scenic and historic places in all of O'ahu. Learn the story about how King Kamehameha united all of the Hawaiian Islands under one monarchy as we visit the very spot where a famous battle took place.

    As we drive along the Ko'olau mountain range we stop to discover a hidden gem tucked away from the main road. Byodo-In Temple was featured by National Geographic in "20 of the world's most beautiful Buddhist temples," noting its architectural details and awe inspiring surroundings.

  • Tropical Farms (The Macadamia Nut Farm Outlet)

    Famously known as "The Little Country Store On Your Way to the North Shore" Steve and Chrissy Paty started this as a roadside operation in 1987 and now, three decades later it's a great place to try different local snacks and learn how to crack open some macadamia nuts as the chickens stand by watching hungrily hoping you drop a nut or two.

The trip was fantastic. Turk was superb! He shared his culture and love of Hawaii! Alot of Aloha spirit and insight. He was masterful in adapting to the weather and location cancellations. Mahalo Turk and thank you for our dance of the Haka Lau

Humu is the best ! He made us enjoy this tour in a such funny way! He is so knowledgeable about the culture of Hawaii of course and he did more than his best for share with us the Hawaiian culture! He gave us such a good tips about the places we went and he always made us feel so comfortable.

This tour was way beyond my expectations fantastic. Our driver was Kimo. I’m not sure if he realizes how much of an ambassador he is for Hawaii. But he set the tone of our understanding of the islands and now our love for the people: their attitude and kindness as well as their deep seated sense of family. To our surprise, Kimo spoke to us for the entire trip. Literally giving us tour information and pointing out sites to see and giving us very deep history of the island. He was also pleasant and funny, and you could tell he just really cared about our experience as well as about his island. Even if we hadn’t seen anything, it would’ve been worth the tour just to hear him. He even played the ukulele and sang to us as we were waiting for people to get back to the bus. We circled the island so we did not get to stay long at any place we stopped. It around an hour at each stop, But we now know where we might wanna go next time to stay longer. He even pointed out the best and famous bakeries and restaurants in Honolulu as we drove through there. Literally, he left nothing out.
