Overview

Half Day Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door Mini-coach tour from Bournemouth: Discover some of the most scenic coastline in southern England on a coach trip from Bournemouth. Travel to the famous Jurassic Coast, via Poole Harbour and Sandbanks, to experience the nation's first natural UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Visit both Lulworth Cove and the natural limestone arch of Durdle Door for 3 hours at your own pace but with plenty of information and maps to help you along the way. Have a cream tea or fish and chips in one of the many tearooms, cafes or pubs in the village of West Lulworth. The departure point in Bournemouth has great connections with trains and coaches making this a great day trip from London and the South East.  Not just for the summer! This trip runs all year and provides an amazing day out, even in the depths of winter, just be sure to wrap up warm and look forward to a hot drink in one of the cosy pubs or cafes once you have blown the cobwebs out.

Amazing tour with stunning views! Our guide, Paul, was great sharing interesting info about the places we're passing by, besides being super friendly and funny! He also gave us tips on spots to visit in the Jurassic Coast. We has enough time to walk around the coastal area to see everything important, enjoy the views and grab some food too. I super recommend this tour!

Paul was great very knowledgeable and a good sense of humour. He kept us entertained. The bus was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The tour itself was lovely really nice location with stunning scenery.

I had the pleasure of joining the Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door Mini-Coach Tour from Bournemouth with Discover Dorset Tours, and it was truly a fantastic experience! What made the day extra special was our guide, Paul – he was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, passionate, knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humor. From the very beginning, he created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, sharing interesting facts and stories that brought every place to life. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does – and it shows! Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are simply breathtaking – the views are stunning, the coastal walk is unforgettable, and we had plenty of time to enjoy and take photos. Everything was perfectly organized: comfortable transport, a small group, and just the right pace. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area – and if you’re lucky enough to have Paul as your guide, you’re in for a truly memorable day!
