Overview

Experience a unique view of the Sirmione peninsula as you travel with a small group by boat through Italy’s blue-green waters. Marvel at the lovely architectural views of Castello Scaligero, the ex-villa of Maria Callas, and the Grotte di Catullo as you travel around the peninsula. Lake Garda cannot be missed.

We took a private tour through Garda Tours around the tip of Sirmione and out to the island villas. Our tour guide, Matteo was fantastic. He drove us to various parts of the lake and showed us the island villas, the Roman ruins and the castle. Lake Garda is indescribably beautiful. Imagine Lake Tahoe, Nevada meets Palm Beach, Florida! Any of the lake tours is a must!

Excellent 30 mins boat trip around peninsula/castle. We had beautiful morning, a terrific funny knowledgeable guide and an excellent experience.,well worth 12 euro. It's not wheelchair accessible unfortunately and does depend on weather. We didnt pre book, but had no problems. Highly recommended.
