Overview

This safari trip and accommodation is private, in standard chalets with en suite shower and toilet, no sharing with any other people. Some of the activities are shared and is operated by Sanparks, the managing authority of Kruger National Park. Accomodation is in an airconditioned bungalow with 2 - 4 single beds. Maximimum 4 people. The trip is just an example, we are flexible to meet any of your reasonable demands.

    Clients can experience the magic of a pre booked (additional cost) walking safari in Kruger National Park with an experienced , armed, Sanparks safari tour guide. This activity is outsourced as private operators are not allowed to do walking safaris.

    Clients will experience a late afternoon sunset drive. Enjoy the start of darkness and the awakening of nocturnal creatures. A 2 hour night drive can be arranged with Sanparks at an extra cost.

    Your trip is typically consisting a sunset drive on day of arrival. One full day safari trip, can be split between a sunrise trip, siesta over lunchtime and a late afternoon sunrise trip. Sunrise trip on departure en route to drop off point.

Great, unforgettable experience

We spent three unforgettable days in Kruger National Park with Gerrie, observing wildlife and listening to his interesting stories. His passion, deep knowledge, and experience truly captivated us. This journey allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the park’s diverse wildlife, from the smallest (including a lot of birds) through antelopes, hyenas, wild dogs to its majestic giants: mating pair of lions, rhinos, elephants and other. Gerrie sent us a lot of good-quality photos from each day. Most importantly, we had the pleasure of spending many hours with a fantastic guide and a genuinely kind person, all in a joyful and relaxed holiday atmosphere. We highly recommend traveling with Gerrie as your professional guide. If you have the chance to use his services, don’t hesitate—satisfaction is guaranteed. While our three-week adventure across South Africa was filled with incredible experiences, our time in Kruger remains our most treasured memory.

Our trip was so wonderful that I don’t even know where to start. Gerrie made us live a very special and unique experience and there isn’t a single moment of our trip with him that we would change. First, the organisation is seamless and perfect. Him and his wife worked very hard to make sure we would feel at home and with the right “tools” (fantastic leopard print blankets for early morning, water bottles, lights, raincoat, …) to enjoy our safari. Second, Gerrie is the most respected and dedicated guide in all Kruger and we understood why: he simply never gives up! From following a Rhino or a Hiena, asking everyone on the parc advice, building the best itinerary based on what you want to see. On top of that he has a very special bond with animals and knows all the families and history of them. Third, he is very friendly and engaged toward Kruger. Gerrie and El are simply beautiful people and spending time with them and listening to their story is a delight. Thank you so much for those 4 days, definitely one of my most wonderful trip.
