Itinerary

Our Kauai Guided Shore Snorkel takes you on a 2 hour (from start to finish including check-in) guided snorkel with a certified dive instructor from the shore. There is NO Boat involved with this tour. Actual snorkel time is roughly 45 min-60 min. This adventure will have you snorkeling Kauai’s pristine south shore reefs and have you learning about our tropical fish, sea urchins and sea mammals. We are often greeted by a turtle nesting on the beach or a Hawaiian monk seal basking in the sun. What a wonderful experience from a distance, it is the law to keep within 50 feet of our endangered species. Learn more about our Hawaii ecosystem and identify an array of tropical fish. Beginners Welcome. Very nice people and great experience to swim with tortules. You can do it by yourself but they explain your were to find the best spots.

Great Shore Snorkeling

It was my first time snorkeling and the shore snorkeling was perfect. Brett did a great job and was very patient with me. I felt safe the whole time. We saw a sea turtle, eels, and about a dozen kinds of fish.

We booked a shore based snorkel tour and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Our guide, Ona, was amazing and so kind and patient with our kids (7 and 9). They are able swimmers, but can be nervous in more open waters. The shore based tour was exactly what we were looking for. The reef was much shallower so we could see the fish and wildlife much more close up. We were lucky enough to be buzzed by a turtle also! Ona was great in the water so both parents could enjoy snorkeling without constantly having to worry about the kiddos. Highly recommend this tour in Kauai.
