Excellent tour, we booked last minute over WhatsApp and asked for an English speaking tour guide. They sent MATT who was terrific and is knowledgeable and articulate. We did the two hour trip and they worked around my request to skip batik factory and the Luwak coffee as we had already done those 2. We ended up going to tobacco plantation, brown sugar farm, pottery store where my kid made 2 pieces that are to be delivered to Bali, and a bee farm. All good experiences. No on was very pushy to buy anything. ETA: the two pieces arrived in Bali broken and when I reached out to the company, he was super professional and took responsibility for the packaging being insufficient and offered a refund for the shipped pieces. VERY VERY, impressed with the level of honesty. Would 150% recommend them with knowledge that they can address any issues that arise.
