Awesome experience in Thai cooking by locals who care passionately about food. Visiting the food market in Hua Hin before the cooking was such a great idea. Every stall was selling something new to me. The food we cooked and ate tasted very authentic despite my inexperience!! Throughly recommend this experience to anyone with an interest in understand more about Thai cookery techniques.

A “must do” introduction to Thai cooking. Well organised tour of the old market, very informative. Then onto the beautiful cooking school where our teacher Beau gave us clear step by step instructions on each of the dishes on our chosen menu. There was a great atmosphere filled with interaction when everyone was cooking together. Our food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this tour 10/10.

A fun experience, especially if you enjoy learning about different types and preparation methods of foods. It started with pick up and travel to an outdoor market where we toured and picked up some groceries for the cooking demo session. We were then taken to the workshop space for the cooking demo - it was very clean and welcoming - where the knowledgeable instructor and her team lead us in preparing 4 traditional Thai dishes. I especially appreciated that the team offered an individualized, modified vegetarian menu (offering tofu and mushroom sauces as alternatives) to still be able to participate in the experience. The dishes were very flavourful and filling. Overall, the tour and cooking demo was well organized and ended with recipt of a booklet of the recipes, a certificate, and transportation back to our accommodation.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon cooking Thai. First of all we all went to the local markets to select our ingredients . What sites we saw from frogs on a stick to wonderful vegetables and spices I had never seen before. On return to the lovely kitchen we all cooked up the most amazing foods. I couldn’t wait to get home and show off my new skills to family and friends. Thank you Tippawan for an amazing day that I shall remember always.

Stop at the morning market was interesting and informative. Our guide was easy to understand. The cooking was fun and delicious.
