    Meeting point if you're driving yourself, as well as quick opportunity for bathroom break, purchase smoothie, empanadas.

  • El Yunque National Forest

    Our day will begin with a moderate to medium level hike, discussing local flora/fauna native to Puerto Rico, as well as key roles these played in our indigenous roots on the island. FHike is about 20 min into the rainforest (approx. 1 mile, or 4 laps around a track.) Upon arrival, we will set any belongings we have brought with us to the side and continue up another 10 min (.25 miles) to the natural water slide where we will be swimming. Life vests will be provided. Once every guest goes down the water slide, we will return to where we left our belongings to enjoy some small but exciting jumps and rope swing. For all your hard work we will cut fresh seasonal fruit! All activities will be recorded and photos will be taken throughout your journey! Photos or it didn't happen! For whoever has worked up an appetite, we make a quick lunch stop on the way back. *Please note: lunch is not included in tour pricing.*

Great time

Loved our trip. Tristan made everything as easy as possible for our group, knew when to beat the crowds, was great with kids. Took us a place we likely wouldn't have gone. all of it. Hats off!

Hiking and Swimming the Rainforest

Tristan was a great guide, both professional and personable. Went on the Hidden Rainforest Waterpark tour and had a great morning, stopping nearby for lunch on the way back. The waterpark tour was incredible. Gorgeous scenery and plenty of time spent in the water between natural waterslides and jumping up to 30ft from the surrounding rock, as well as a rope swing. Tristan was knowledgeable on the local plants and history of the area. I look forward to trying their other tours next time I’m around! I would recommend leaving a change of clothes and a towel in the car/van to keep them dry, as mine got soaked in my backpack.

Great experience

Tristin was an excellent guide & gave us a memorable experience. He communicated very well leading up to the meetup. He even pushed back the tour a few hours before/c he wanted our hike to be less muddy & more enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He took pics and videos throughout the day so we didn’t have to carry our phones and risk damaging them. I would highly recommend booking with this company!

Not All Adventures Are Equal

I can not recommend Tranki Tours enough for this rainforest adventure for the following reasons: 1. SAFETY - while this hike is not incredibly challenging, there are challenging portions. Tristan takes safety very seriously and is there to support the group as much as needed. I watched other groups where the guide was way out front and the group trying to catch up. Trankie also provides life jackets for participants. 2. FUN - I’m assuming if you’re in PR it’s to have fun! From the moment we entered the van Tristan was ensuring we were having a good time. He has the ability to encourage those that are afraid of the jumps or water slides to conquer their fears. 3. SIZE MATTERS - I witnessed groups on the hike with over 30 people and 1 guide. Not only is that not safe, it doesn’t give you the opportunity to connect with your guide and asks questions etc. Tranki limits the group size to ensure everyone has a positive experience. This was my second trip with Tranki tours and it won’t be the last.

This is an awesome tour. Tristian is an awesome tour guide. Very informative and an awesome person. The rainforest is amazing. The water slide was so cool. A very nice hike to the waterfalls. I have done many tours with Tristian and would highly recommend Tranki tours for awesome Puerto Rico experience
