ECC Adventures is a professional mountain guiding company based in the UAE. Our guides are qualified, experienced and up to date with industry standards. We challenge our industry and ourselves to be better each day. And we do so from a place of passion. We don’t dabble in mountain-guiding. It’s what we do for a living. We’re passionate about the mountain and love sharing it with others. The Hajar mountains is our office as well as our playground. Together we have gained many years of outdoor experience. Our defining qualities as mountain guides include passion, enthusiasm, attentiveness, competence and friendliness.

Itinerary

Get up, get out, and get your adrenaline flowing, as you explore new outdoor adventures within the UAE. Trade city skylines for vibrant valleys, impressive peaks, and wild wadi beds. We offer recreational hikes as well as challenging boulder trails. We will start the day bright and early to beat the heat and drive east towards the Al Hajar mountain range. From here we go in search of adventure, biodiversity, and aesthetic beauty. Your journey will take you through anything from unique rock formations, contrasting colored water pools, historical traces dating back to the bronze age, to beautiful farms scattered with date palms as well as lemon, orange, mango, and pomegranate fruit trees. From mountain trekking to desert rides to ocean views, adventure is only bounded by your imagination!

Loved hiking with ECCA! Chris and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly! Hike was just beautiful and a perfect way to start exploring UAE and its treasures after our recent move! I was so nicely surprised by the mountains! And so many trails there! It’s best to go with knowledgeable guides that are well prepared and friendly other hikes from ECCA as it’s otherwise easy to get lost! I will be back after the summer!
