Overview

Celebrate the grape harvest harmonized with the best of regional know-how. Includes a reception hosted by the Cristofoli family, a tractor ride through the vineyards, a musician reminiscing about traditional Italian songs, old-fashioned grape treading, an evening brunch served informally in the middle of the vineyard with a special menu for this occasion and an incredible variety of wines and sparkling wines from Cristofoli Wines! We are sure you will love the experience :) We are waiting for you!

Itinerary

PROGRAMMING INCLUDED: 17:30 - Reception in the winery garden and Welcome Drink with sparkling wine. Welcome and presentation of the history of the Cristofoli Family in Brazil, since their arrival from northern Italy, accompanied by the owners of the Winery. Tractor ride to the Sangiovese and Chardonnay Vineyard, which is located at the top of the property. Reception at the Vinhedo with music from the Italian immigration, harmonized with Cristofoli sparkling wines served on the deck. Providing an ideal moment to contemplate the beautiful view formed by the valleys and vineyards during sunset. Stomping the grapes the old-fashioned way, celebrating the abundance of the Harvest. 'Night brunch' served informally in the middle of the vineyard with a menu of breads, cold cuts and regional cheeses, dried fruits, fresh fruits, leaf salad, ossobuco ragu with soft polenta and to sweeten, natural yogurt mousse with grape juice syrup . All dishes are finished on site by the Family themselves. And of course, everything is accompanied by fine, sparkling Cristofoli wines, still water and full red grape juice. Return to the Winery. 20:45 – End of the program and farewell
