Overview

This is a unique culinary tour of a 1000 year old city, and a culture that is much older than that. You will experience the full spectrum of traditional Northern Vietnamese cuisine, as well as an explanation of the dish's importance, all told by a wonderful local host. You will learn traditional way of eating each dish, including a chopstick lesson and how to roll your own rice paper roll.

Itinerary

We will begin our tour at the famous Local food Banh Khoái ( satisfied cake From there we will walk from location to location to experience the full spectrum of North Vietnamese cuisine. You will patron 7-10 different locations, with a 5-10 minute walk between each meal, giving you a taste of the street culture in Hanoi. This tour focuses on traditional seasonal dishes and relevant cultural history of this 1000 year old city.
