Overview
Also known as the Annapurna Sunrise trek, it is a relatively easy walk meandering through villages and rhododendron forests. This trek showcases some of the best views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and neighboring Himalayas especially from the Poon Hill at sunrise. The added presence of rice terraces completes the picture making Poon Hill a photographer’s paradise. The real walking begins from Nayapul, we then trek to Ulleri to begin the trek.

Absolutely Unforgettable 3-Night Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek – Stunning Himalayan Views, Delicious Food & the Best Guide Ev

Wow, what an incredible experience! I joined the 3-night, 4-day Ghorepani Poon Hill trek and had the absolute BEST time. Everything was fun from start to finish – great views, great vibes, and the best guide ever!
Our guide Anil was amazing. Super friendly, flexible, and always supportive. He adjusted the pace for us, gave us just the right amount of encouragement, and was always on point with timing and advice.
And let me tell you—the food he introduced us to was SO good! During the trek, we got to try delicious local meals, and after the trek was over, Anil even took us to a local spot in Pokhara where we had the greatNepali food I’ve ever had. I would’ve never found it on my own!
And the views? Just wow. The sunrise from Poon Hill was unforgettable, but honestly, the scenery from Ghorepani and Tadapani was just as amazing. Surrounded by snow-capped Himalayan peaks at every turn—it felt like walking through a dream.
Highly, highly recommend this tour—and if you get Anil as your guide, you’re in for something really special!

Just push the door of the agency Sisne Rover Trekking in Pokhara Nepal to have quickly and for a fair price the custom trek that suits you. For us four days and three nights in comfortable lodge from Ghandruk to Poon hill (3193 m) with return by Tatapani, accompanied by Diwan, our guide who was busy watching over us and always being nice. Sumptuous and varied landscapes, typical villages, always warm welcome.

Whe had a lot of fun. We had a really great guide, Milan, who had a lot of knowledge about the surroundings and would do everything to make the trip perfect. He even taught us a nepali card game! Would recommend.
