Overview

Treasure Island Challenge is a unique six-hour fully immersive experience that will take adventurers across the stunning island of Koh Tao on a quest to find its hidden treasure. Teams of no more than twelve, will be led across Koh Tao on a full-day adventure in which they will; * Solve clues that will take them across the island * Meet friendly locals to help in the quest * Visit charming beaches & secret coves * Snorkel for clues amongst stunning marine life * Visit wonderful viewpoints where the whole island can be seen * Sample delicious local food and drinks throughout the day * And find the Treasure! Adventurers will visit four different beaches during the day and will be taken to two different viewpoints. It’s a fun day out and a great way to discover the island.

Meeting points

Please meet at our office which is very close to the main ferry terminal in Mae Haad, Koh Tao and directly opposite the 7 Eleven. The office has big glass doors and windows.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

Itinerary

Your adventure will begin at our offices directly opposite 7-Eleven in Mae Haad, Ko Tao, Ko Pha-ngan District. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the adventure begins. Food is provided and is a major part of the tour! Snacks and drinks will be found throughout the day and a delicious Thai lunch will be served approximately three hours after the start.

Unforgettable Treasure Hunt Adventure in Koh Tao!

MUST DO! Treasure Hunt Island in Koh Tao was honestly one of the best things I did during my trip! It’s like an escape room that spans the whole island. You spend 5-6 hours solving puzzles and finding clues that lead you from one amazing spot to another - stunning viewpoints, hidden beaches, and some of the best snorkeling spots I’ve seen (if you're in Koh Tao you'll probably do it separately in a less fun way). The whole experience is super well-organized and even has locals joining in to make it more fun and immersive. It’s perfect for young travelers or small groups looking for something totally unique and exciting. I can’t recommend it enough - this was truly a highlight! +The guide takes loads of photos and videos of you during the trip!

Great day out around the island. Visiting beautiful beaches, some good snorkelling and a very tasty lunch by the beach. Great value as it includes snacks and drinks throughout the day, lunch and a cocktail to finish, plus the all important tour of the island. Aimmy our guide was abslutley amazing. Highly recommend for those only here for a few days and unable to hire scooters to get around. Note: The climb to the first look out is a challenge that some may struggle with. Bring decent footwear if you want to make the trek to the top and back =)

This was such a brilliant experience! It was fun to solve the puzzles together, but also a really great way to see the island. There were a real range of destinations: from snorkelling to dramatic viewpoints and idyllic coves. The food was delicious and our tour guides, Aimmy and Nick were really helpful, kind and patient-- they made the experience even more fun and couldn't do enough for us. Totally recommend.

We really can't recommend this tour enough! We took part in this tour as a group of 5 friends in our mid-20s and it was one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. Originally I booked this tour as there honestly aren't many ways to get around Koh Tao if you don't want to rent a moped. However, the calibre of the tour really blew us away and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. While you can be in a group of up to 12, we were the only participants on our day. While we expected some simple puzzles geared towards families, the puzzles were genuinely challenging and very creative - we ended up needing hints and really enjoyed trying to figure them all out! We also loved how people throughout the island were in on the secrets of the tour - I won't spoil the adventure as the surprises were part of what made it amazing, but I will say that this is so much more than just a tour of the island. There was so much food and drink included that the day felt like amazing value. We had hiking to a viewpoint, snorkelling stops, a beach-front lunch and so much more. Aimmy was an amazing guide and knew exactly when we were feeling stumped by the puzzles. The tour was truly a highlight of our time in Thailand and an amazing way to see the key parts of the island in one day while having added fun.

If you want to be let in on all the most beautiful secrets of Koh Tao then you really must do this one of a kind trip!

What a fantastic day the Treasure Island Challenge gave us! We are a family of 4 with children aged 8 and 6 and this trip would be just as enjoyable for anyone of any age. If you want to be let in on all the most beautiful secrets of Koh Tao then you really must do this one of a kind trip. The snorkeling was the best snorkelling we've ever done and at least as good as the best scuba diving we've ever done too. The walks were just the right level of challenge to be rewarded with the most stunning postcard perfect viewpoints. The food was the best we've eaten in Thailand and we were only disappointed when we couldnt manage it all. Aime was so organised and efficient at keeping us on track to solve all the clues and complete our quest. She was also fantastic at boosting our youngest child's confidence snorkeling. Trust us, the price of the trip will be justified, don't miss it!
