Cliffs, castles, ancient burial sites, rare wildlife, stunning beaches, Anglesey has it all. Learn about the unique history of the area and about the Welsh language as we drive a complete circuit of the island. See the varied scenery of Anglesey as you travel in comfort. With a maximum of 8 passengers, you are ensured the personal touch. Free tea/coffee/ water and a lunch is provided, saving you the time and cost of buying your own. We even throw in a few jokes for free!

What To Expect

1. Menai Suspension Bridge Drive to view Menai Straits and then underneath the historic 198 year old suspension bridge 50 minutes

2. Photo stop at the station with a long name and learn how to pronounce it. Toilet break and some time for shopping 40 minutes

3. Trefignath Burial Chamber 3 burial chambers with the oldest dating back 5500 years. Learn about the island's ancient history. 40 minutes

4. South Stack Cliffs RSPB Reserve Scenic coastal drive to the stunning cliffs at South Stack. A birdwatcher's paradise with the chance of seeing a puffin in early summer. 1 hour 20 minutes

5. Cemaes Bay Harbour Drive to the north of the island and have lunch overlooking Cermaes beach and harbour. Learn about the ltime that St Patrick spent in the area. 1 hour 10 minutes

6. Parys Mountain Drive across the rugged north coast to the old copper mine of Parys Mountain. Short 10 minute walk to overlook the lunar landscape of multicolured rocks left behind by the mine and learn about the impotance of the industry to the island. 1 hour

7. Drive to the enchanting town of Beaumaris. You have time to wander around the craft shops, walk to the pier overlooking Snowdonia and the coast or to go around the castle built in 1295 (Optional extra; entrance fee not included). 1 hour 40 minutes

8. North Wales Return home across the Menai Suspension bridge and along the North Wales coast. 40 minutes
