Overview

Discover a new angle of Cascata do Caracol through the paths taken by the first resident of the region. You will discover the region where tourism began in Canela and Gramado, visiting Vale da Lageana, in Caracol, in search of Pé da Cascata. In a mix of echo, adventure and history, you will be taken along the same path that the first resident of Caracol did when he lived in those areas and discovered the waterfall that, for many, was nothing but a legend. Part of this adventure is riding in an offroad vehicle, hearing the story of Guilherme Wasem and his family, doing an unexplored trail, taking memorable photos at the foot of the waterfall and even having a picnic remembering the origins of the German settlers. New paths await you to be explored. Welcome to Pé da Cascata!

- The exit of this tour will be at Canela > Casa da Vó Ivonne (Estrada da Lageana, 285 – Bairro Caracol). - The tour leaves on time at the scheduled time, arrive in advance for boarding. Passengers who are not present at the point at departure time will be considered at the show.

Itinerary

You will know the area where tourism in Canela and Gramado began, visiting the Vale da Lageana, in Caracol, in search of the Foot of the Caracol Falls. In a mix of echo, adventure and history, you will be led along the same path that the first inhabitant of the Caracol made by inhabiting those areas and discovering the waterfall. The adventure includes riding a theme vehicle, listening to the story of Guilherme Wasem and his family, taking an uncharted trail, taking memorable photos at the Foot of the Cascade and enjoying the famous Infinite Balance facing the fall of water. And to complete the experience, a charming stop: the Casa da Vó Ivonne. When you enter, you are transported to a home that smells like history and welcoming, with that warmth of home that makes us feel like family. There, in every corner, there are memories of the first inhabitants, stories told and saved with Honey. It is a true journey into the past, where every detail of the house and family speaks of the simplicity and richness of times lived and shared.
