Overview

Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step. We will prepare 3 types of fresh pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, and at the same time we will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, pomarola and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù. The cooking class was amazing. The whole process from the preparation of the sauces and preparing the handmade pasta was so good! The unlimited wine was also great for lunch :)

We had a wonderful time at this class. The wine definitely flowed and the pasta was delicious. Lorenzo was funny, personable, and gave us a fantastic experience! The group dynamic made it fun as well! Highly recommend doing this class!

Absolutely spectacular experience!!! David, the chef, was wonderful and so knowledgeable. He taught us so much, we had fun, laughed, and made great food together. Could not recommend more.
