Get ready to shake, rattle, and bump in your six-person automatic Can-Am Buggy as you bob your way around the island on a scenic road trip full of breathtaking views. Enjoy the landscape and feel the energy that emanates from the natural environment as you pass the many sites such as the Tropic of Cancer Beach, Santana's, Coco Plum Beach, Deans Blue Hole, Exuma's Cays land and Sea Park, or just aimlessly wander, enjoying the freedom of your own 4x4 vehicle.

Itinerary

You collect your Buggy rental from the Exuma Yacht Club, Georgetown, Exuma. Look for the Bowcar sign. Where you will complete paperwork, receive an orientation of your vehicle, and off you go to cover lots of ground and capture a real feel for life in Exuma, another amazing island of the Bahamas. See hidden gems and famed spots such as the Tropic of Cancer Beach, Santana's, Coco Plum Beach, Deans Blue Hole, Exuma's Cays Land and sea park, or just aimlessly wander, enjoying the freedom of your own 4x4 vehicle. Your Buggy rental will conclude at its departure point.

  • Guests under the influence, or appearing under the influence of alcohol or other substances, will not be allowed to operate a Buggy
  • Guests will be required to sign a rental contract at check in and leave a damage waiver of $500.00 per vehicle.
  • The vehicle will be received full of gas and must be returned full of gas.
  • Roundtrip transportation is available at an extra cost from most major hotels. Please call us to make arrangements.

Side by side rental Nassau

We rented the Jeep/Buggy during a cruise that ported in Nassau. It was an easy 15-20 min walk from the Port (Bowcar will pick you up and drop you off if you don’t want to make the walk). The equipment was clean and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! We drove around the entire island. However, next time I’d drive to Jaws Beach and drive back the same way. There is really nothing to see on the south side. We look forward to our next visit and will rent from Bowcar again; thanks for an awesome experience!

Crystal was a dream to work with at Bowcar. She made pick up and drop off so easy, all with sunny Exuma hospitality . Our ATV rental was so much fun & gave us an interesting island experience. We highly recommend this adventure!

The most amazing day out

Me & my partner booked a buggy with this company without even reading any reviews ! ( risky right ) Even being one of those travellers that normally read reviews before I book anything . But I promise you , book with Bowcar you won’t be disappointed… We had the most amazing day , we walked from the port to the rental place, but I was informed they have representatives down at the port that will bring you to them, so do make use of this service as it’s a great one . Once we got there Alicia who was super friendly and knowledgeable told us where to go and provided us with a map. Her recommendations were excellent and added to this overall smooth experience with Bowcar. We toured the entire island at our own pace which was so beautiful. Upon dropping the rental back, D’Angelo dropped us back to the port and also organised a taxi to take us back to paradise island ( where we were staying ). Again exceptional service. I cannot thank Alicia and the amazing team at Bocar for making this experience one to remember.

This is by far the best rental experience EVER!!! We arrived earlier than the scheduled time and we waited nothing to start our trip around the Island! Less than 1 minute to get on the road and same experience back! Not only the price is amazing compared to other locals. The time they save you is priceless.
