Paul and crew were awesome to work with. They were patient and professional answering all of my questions. Great quality e-bike. Awesome location right next to the Westport House & Gardens entrance. Highly recommend these guys!

Gorgeous bike ride from Westport to an island. Photos

This was one of the most beautiful bike tours among eight days in Western Ireland. The last half was dominated by mountains, sea, sheep, huge landscapes and hardly any people until we arrived at the island. Paul was a fantastic host and very kind person. We had a small problem with the bike about halfway into the trip and he promptly came with a truck and replaced the entire bike with a new one that worked Perfectly! Most importantly, I had rented a fiddle in Galway, hoping to play in a music pub. He told me about McCarthy‘s, which had House musicians that invited guests on Sunday evenings. I played for four hours with them. And it was one of the highlights of our entire one month trip to Ireland.

We had an absolutely brilliant time on this beautiful Greenway cycle path. I’d highly recommend Paddy & Nellys for bike hire. Paul helped us all the way from start to finish. My wife and I rented hybrid bikes from ‘Paddy & Nelly Bike Hire’ in Westport Mayo Ireland today. It’s on Church Street, right around the corner from the Wyatt Hotel (Octagon round about), and within easy access to the Great Western Greenway (greenway rail trail in County Mayo, Ireland. It is 42 kilometers long and begins in Westport and ends in Achill). We are long time riders, but never used hybrid bikes. Paul was there to explain them, give us a demo ride and show us the local bike trails. He was very professional and patient - it was a great experience for us and we'd like to thank Paddy & Nelly's, and especially Paul. Thanks, James & Nancy Dougherty Berwyn, Pa.
