Overview

A local saying in the very south of Sweden is that the country can be divided into two parts of equal value; the part north of Malmö and the part south of it. Sure enough, the scenic, lush fields do indeed live up to expectations. On this tour you come out on the most fertile and productive fields in all of Scandinavia, where you visit old medieval villages and cosy little farmhouses among the fields. After pickup in Malmö we head out to the middle of the countryside south of Malmö. There we jump on the bikes and start our leisurely ride between the villages and farmhouses on the quiet country roads. During the tour we visit little cottage stores, a medieval church, and a raspberry farm where we get the chance to pick our own raspberries. In the middle of the tour there is lunch included at an old farmhouse restaurant with organic food from its own fields and animals, which can also be visited.

Wonderful Bike Ride in the Country

We had an idyllic day biking through the Swedish countryside. The sun was shining, a breeze was blowing so we never got too warm, our bikes were electric and our guide, Petra, made our day that much more special. I highly recommend this trip.

Great bike rental with good service!

Rented a touring bike to bike around Österlen. The bike was excellent with great comfort, and the staff service minded to help me get the most out of my trip. The ship was close to the trains so we could get on Pågatågen quick and easy.
