Nilsa is an incredible guide and is destined to be leading this excursion! My friend and I landed in the area at night and booked this tour for the following day. We received ample instructions in advance, were picked up right on time, met other awesome tourists, and had an amazing day learning everything we’ve ever wanted to know about the falls from both sides! We were impressed with how effortlessly Nilsa interacted with everyone on the tour, put us at ease, and made our time with each other extremely pleasant, efficient, and memorable. We even extended the tour for a few hours to experience a boat ride at the falls without impeding on the experience of others. Nilsa was flexible, funny, and sweet - and, as a lifelong local fluent in a number of different languages, she was able to answer any oddball questions we posed. Highly recommend this experience all-around, including the boat ride add-on, for a once-in-a-lifetime visit with the best possible tour guide.
