Friendly and gourmet, this original tasting will allow you to discover all our wines based on good, typically regional local products. The Côte de Boeuf Party is a food and wine pairing tasting during which you will have the opportunity to taste our entire range of Collioure and Banyuls wines. These wines, we will serve them to you in food and wine pairings according to the different moments of the meal because yes, there is not only a grilled rib of beef with vine shoots... platter of charcuterie, cheese or sweets are also on the menu! From starter to dessert, you will appreciate all of our wines, enhanced by dishes made from local products. Do you understand better why this is an exceptional tasting? What an experience!

This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The tour of the wine making process was very intimate and ‘young’ Guillaume was very knowledgeable with excellent English. After the tour we were hosted by Clementine and ‘old’ Guillaume on the terrace. After a very tasty starter, we had the treat of watching Clementine prepare the cote de boeuf on a flame grill. The food was exquisite and accompanied by 14 glasses of the most amazing wine grown on the estate. At the end of the night we were unable to get a taxi, so they kindly booked one for us and hosted us with another glass of their wonderful wine whilst we waited. Highly highly recommend!
