The cooking lesson was wonderful and the mentor was so witty and funny. I learned a lot about pasta and Italian foods and everything is wonderfully hand on with all the helped assisting me whenever I need it. Fantastic time

Clive was our host, and first off I’d like to say he was amazing! Very personable, very funny, excellent at communicating and explaining the directions as well as demonstrating everything. Clive was very attentive to make sure everyone was doing everything correctly.

Clive made Italy for me and my group. The class was wonderful, and the food we made was amazing, but Clive made those moments what they were. You could tell he really did care about us and was passionate about the class. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Clive and the rest of the team.
