Learn to make fresh pasta, like our grandmothers made them in Italy. We will teach you every process and stand by you teaching you every step. WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared. During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.

Our COOKING SCHOOL is located inside a MEDIEVAL TOWER from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family. Our team is made up of true chefs, with many years of experience in the best Italian cuisines. We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers. From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance. BEST cooking class in Florence

We had such a great evening cooking authentic yummy pasta! We can’t wait to cook it once we get back home. Lorenzo was a great teacher and very funny, he had lots of great tips and information for us. Would definitely come back 10/10!!

Pasta memories and fun

We fell in love with cooking pasta after this class. Our teacher was informative and encouraging. We enjoyed our 3 pasta dishes with ragu and butter garlic sauce. Memorable cooking class and cannot wait to go back one day. We are definitely making pasta now at home. Definitely worth it.

Excellent calss with excellent chef lorinzo. They teach you how to make fresh pasta filled with cheese. Its excellent. At the end you will eat what you prepare..its nice experince and the cost is acceptable because uou will spend around 3 hours

Amazing and cozy atmosphere, very well structured workshop and the food was amazing!! The Chef prepared 3 types of sauces for each pasta type and shared all the recipes with us.
