Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina. As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. Itinerary

Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Montepulciano. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

We had the most amazing cooking class! Barbara was incredibly kind, helpful, had amazing English, had the most beautiful home and made the most enjoyable and insightful cooking class for my partner and I. The pasta and tiramisu were some of the best dishes we've ever eaten, and the recipes are easy enough for us to try at home! I could not recommend this class any more, it has been one of our favourite experiences from this trip that we will always remember!!

The host was so gracious, skilled and personable. The size of the class was small and therefore lent itself to a lot of one on one teaching and good conversation. The recipes were delicious and the class was very organized. Cooking with her in her home was an amazing experience, one we will never forget.

Had a lovely experience with Barbara in her home in Montepulciano. She made us all feel welcome and she made everyone feel included in the making and creating of our pastas and tiramisu. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

My family and I had a great time with Babera. The food was excellent and we had so much fun learning how to make them all. So happy we we did this. I would 100% recommend this if your coming to Italy.
