You can't visit Italy without trying at least one pasta dish... So, we'll teach you two! Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina. As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. Itinerary

Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Lake Garda area. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Really enjoyed the class, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu with a lovely Italian lady :) Mariolina (Maria) was an excellent host, very welcoming and fun. The time flew by and there was plenty to eat and drink. Thanks for a lovely experience from start to finish!

My family had the best time at the class! Maria is a gracious and engaging hostess and a wonderful teacher. We enjoyed the hands on class interspersed with delicious appetizers. The meal afterwards was so amazing with ample wine and after dinner liqueurs. This was the highlight of our trip to the area, and I highly recommend this experience!

Fantastic Cooking Lesson

We wanted to learn how to cook Italian food in Italy and this experience did not disappoint. Our host Maria invited us into her family home and patiently taught us how to make Tagliatelli, Ravioli and Tiramasu. She had also prepared some delicious appetisers so we left having eaten a lot! I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in food, you don't need to be a skilled chef just enthuastic.
