Miguel was amazing! So was our driver whose name started with an L, unfortunately I don’t remember his name but they were by far our favorite bus drivers!

Jimmy our bus driver was absolutely amazing brilliant tour guide so nice and knows everything and makes sure everyone is ok

Our 3 teens 1st time in NY!

We stayed in The Edison Hotel just off Times Square. We had stayed there before and it made sense to stay again. I emailed well in advance to request 2 adjoining rooms. Apparently this request couldn’t be accommodated but straight across the hall was the best alternative. Be advised: we booked & paid for flights, baggage & accommodation before we left. We were then asked to pay for the cleaning of each room $183 - which is separate to d price of a room. Considering we had 2 rooms this was a shock!! We did all the tourist stuff!! A 2hr security check was needed to go onto Liberty Island which was disappointing but we did the 1hr boat trip with Big City Tours & that was hosted by a guy called Kevin who was so cool!! Initially, another company had cornered us quite aggressively to purchase their tickets. It started at $150 for 5 of us, which seemed reasonable, but when you add on the taxes & fees it came out at $300!!!! Overall we had an amazing time.

My experience on the hop on hop off bus was amazing thanks to the great driver we had Greg. Greg was spectacular and provided some fun entertainment while driving through the busy streets of New York! This is a great way to see some amazing parts of the city.
