Excellent and timely service

My transportation service was arranged by the Mandala Hotel in Berlin prior to my arrival at BER. The two men that operate this private service were good people with good manners and good driving habits. Frank was very courteous and personable, and seemed like a good person, which is rare in these days. Payments were made directly to my Mandala account, and everyone received their proper monies.
