Pampulha Modern Ensemble

The Modern Complex of Pampulha have some of the first works of Roberto Burle Marx and from the internationally famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer; whose unique architectural feature is based on curved lines inspired by the human body.

Santuario Arquidiocesano Sao Francisco de Assis

The Church is considered the masterpiece of the architectural complex of Pampulha. The famous architect Oscar Niemeyer was responsible for this piece that was considered, at some point, too scandalous by the local catholic church that di not celebrate a mass in there for 14 years.

Museu De Arte Da Pampulha

The building was designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer to be a casino. Later, it was adapted to host the Art Museum. The Pampulha Art Museum has a collection of over 1.400 pieces of art and it is famous for offering experiences that show a unique dialogue with its architecture and its landscape.

Estadio Mineirao (Pass By)

The most traditional Football Stadium in Minas Gerais, the Mineirão is home of the Cruzeiro Team. It served as a venue in the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2014 FIFA World Cup. It also hosted some matches of the football tournament of the 2016 Summer Olympics.
