Overview

Have a taste of freediving and find out what it’s all about. At Freedive Academy Panglao we specialize in AIDA, SSI, and Molchanovs - you can never go wrong with either of these agencies. AIDA 2, SSI Level 1, and Molchanovs Wave 1 are the official beginner course in freediving and have a duration of 2.5 days wherein you will acquire the proper skills to freedive to depths up to 20 meters. In this course, we will introduce you to the purest form of diving. With the help of our experienced and very knowledgeable instructors, your freediving experience will surely be amazing. Here you will learn more about the freediving safety procedures and pressure-related issues, we’ll discuss breathing and breath-hold techniques, and relaxation, and we’ll teach you all of this via open water sessions, pool sessions, and classroom time. We will provide you with a certificate upon completion of the course. For sure a new and fantastic experience!

Swimming with the Sardines

The view is amazing in the sea! The instructors Ven & Rashid are both very professional and patient, guiding us thorough the preparation and snorkelling steps by steps. Both my parents >60yrs old can enjoy the experience very much. Super recommend for non-swimmers too.

One of the top freediving spots

One of the best experience I've had so far in Philippines. I don't regret coming to this academy plus the community are so nice and chill. I took the AIDA 2/3 combo package, my instructors are so professional Rea is so caring like a mother and for Edwin his super chill. Definitely gonna come back here again : )

An amazing freediving experience

I had an amazing time doing a beginner freediving course. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had Ramar as my instructor. He was very knowledgeable, clearly loves freediving, and I always felt safe diving with him. He was also very patient and encouraging. He would work with us outside of class if there was anything we were struggling with or wanted to improve on. The location where we were diving was also incredible, and very close to the school. It was an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend Freedive Academy Panglao for anyone wanting to freedive in Panglao.
