Overview

When we arrive for the first time in a city, it is difficult to differentiate tourist addresses from authentic addresses. We have organized this food-tour to help you discover the best gourmet places in Bayonne, while visiting the old town. You will be surprised by the exceptional quality of the selected local products! During this walk, we will: - At least 5 standing and seated gourmet stops (street food, pastry, chocolatier, Halles de Bayonne) - several very surprising authentic places that will mark your spirits! You can taste: 10 typical Basque sweet and savory products: The best Bayonne ham, tapas, cheese, amazing chocolate and other surprises. Full belly guaranteed! The food-tour lasts between 3h and 3h30. It can be privatized.

This is the first stage of the Food Tour. We are waiting for the foodistas in front of the Saint André Church. You will be able to recognize the Happy Guides, thanks to a red scarf. We start the walk as soon as everyone is there.

    This is the first stage of the Food Tour. We are waiting for the foodistas in front of the Saint André Church. You will be able to recognize us thanks to a red scarf. And let's start the ride as soon as everyone is there.

    Visit to one of the best chocolate factories in the Basque Country and chocolate tasting.

Amazing tour of Bayonne in areas we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Kim & Damien are great hosts and really made sure everyone was happy! The food was delicious. Definitely would recommend but don’t have a big breakfast as there is a lot of food to try!
