Just a five-minute boat ride off the coast of Aruba is an island of amusement and delight! DePalma Island has something for every family member- a kid's waterpark, a daring pair of waterslides, snorkeling through hordes of fish and stunning coral, banana boat rides, and more! We got close to Flamingos, held turtles, and watched iguanas.
Your admission price includes food and drink (including alcoholic drinks). You could go to the snack bar for burgers, nuggets, and fries, but I highly recommend the buffet lunch, which includes curry chicken, local fish, assorted pasta salads, greens, fruit, and desserts.
The place is clean and well-run, and visitors clearly get a lot for their money. The staff is also really nice and sincerely wants you to have a good time. I do wish there were two banana boats running. The line for this attraction was consistently long. You miss so many other fun things on-site if you're standing in line for an extended period of time!
