  • As a coral island, our beach can be rocky. Water shoes are recommended or you can purchase one at our Coconut Giftshop
  • Food and Beverage: there is a premium bar as well as Balashi beer. The food menu is different every day and the snack bar has chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburgers and hot dogs.
  • Cabanas for rent are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • It is recommended that you bring a towel and reef safe sunscreen.
  • You must be 8 or older to participate in the optional SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities.
  • Our Chilean and Cuban flamingos can be admired from a distance with a standard ticket. To mingle with them you must upgrade to one of our premium sections.
  • Children 2 years and younger are complimentary.
  • Caution: Please ensure you read all island poster rules. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the Banana Boat or using the Waterslides.
  • For the Upgrade Activities; SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities, a doctor’s letter of release is required if you or someone in your party has any of the following conditions: pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, and asthma.
  • It is a safety requirement that you do not snorkel or scuba dive the same day that you fly; please schedule your snorkel adventure accordingly.

De palm island was pretty cool. I purchase a cabana for an additional $275 to be closer to the flamingos I guess it was worth it only for the shade. I did snorkeling, banana boat, took beach pictures, salsa, and the water slide. The food was a 10/10 also.. (try the nacho cheese fries). Fun experience.

Great friendly staff tour . Drinks and food included . Snurkling and banana boat was fun. The flamingos were gorgeous . You have to pay extra to mingle with them though . Service was great . Highly recommend. 10/10 .

Had a relaxing day with the flamingos. All staff was amazing. Food was as good as gets. Don’t expect Michelin star food but it was good overall. Snack bar ran out of items and it’s cash only so be mindful of that. Grab something early and make sure you have cash for it. Otherwise all food and drinks ARE included. Weather was superb and all activities were amazing.

There's Something for Everyone at DePalm Island!

Just a five-minute boat ride off the coast of Aruba is an island of amusement and delight! DePalma Island has something for every family member- a kid's waterpark, a daring pair of waterslides, snorkeling through hordes of fish and stunning coral, banana boat rides, and more! We got close to Flamingos, held turtles, and watched iguanas. Your admission price includes food and drink (including alcoholic drinks). You could go to the snack bar for burgers, nuggets, and fries, but I highly recommend the buffet lunch, which includes curry chicken, local fish, assorted pasta salads, greens, fruit, and desserts. The place is clean and well-run, and visitors clearly get a lot for their money. The staff is also really nice and sincerely wants you to have a good time. I do wish there were two banana boats running. The line for this attraction was consistently long. You miss so many other fun things on-site if you're standing in line for an extended period of time!

Beautiful island. Did not know this island did not produce its food but imported the majority of its food from America..
