  • Cayo Icacos

    Enjoy the beautiful deserted beaches of Icacos island and explore the diverse marine life of Lobos or Palomino island on the east coast of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Experience our clear turquoise waters, white sand and breathtaking views while being pampered by our amazing crew aboard vessel Tortuga. Our boat departs from Safe Harbor Marina Puerto del Rey in Fajardo and head straight to Icacos island for an approximate 15-20 minute boat ride. Once at the island our captain will take you to the best snorkeling spot for the snorkeling part of the tour, were you'll enjoy the marine life using our high-quality snorkeling gear and floating devices. After snorkeling time (1-hour approximate) enjoy our delicious tropical drinks, lunch, snacks and fresh fruit while listening to some island rhythms. After lunch time, soak up some rays at the beach, swim or float and enjoy the island views before heading back to Safe Harbor Puerto del Marina.

  • The drive to Safe Harbor Marina Puerto del Rey is about an hour from San Juan, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to departure tour time.
  • Snorkeling gear including mask, snorkel, fins and floating belts are also included in the package at no extra fee. You may bring your own if you wish.
  • Free parking available and walking distance from vessel.
  • Valid Driver License or Government Issued ID REQUIRED for check in.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If experience is cancelled due to not meeting minimum number of travelers, you will be offered a different date or full refund.
  • This experience requires good weather. If experience is cancelled due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • Although our vessel is US Coast Guard Certified for up to 49 passengers, we are only accepting a maximum of 38 passsengers (or 77% of max capacity) to ensure the best experience and comfort throughout our tour.
  • It is recommended that you bring a towel and wear a swimsuit underneath beach clothes.
  • Pets and service animals are not allowed due to the nature of the tour and limited space.
  • Not allowed onboard: beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, coolers and hookahs.
  • Late arrivals or no shows the day of the tour are non-refundable.
  • Children from 3-11 years old pay as child. Due to safety reasons children under 3 years old and pregnant women are not allowed on this tour.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness an over the counter motion sickness remedy is highly recommended 1 hour prior to check in.

Worth the money! Effortless beach-day.

Very well organized! Staff was professional and friendly, took safety very seriously and gave extra attention to a few folks who were clearly scared of the water, which I thought was really nice. They personally helped them on a float from the boat to the shore. Also the food was very generous portions, fresh and great for the boat!

I booked this trip for 4 of us! It was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! It was very well organized and prompt! Ken, Kevin and Pablo were safely conscious, gracious, kind and fun! The food and drinks provided were wonderful! I highly recommend this snorkeling and beach trip!

Beautiful views and an amazing crew! Every crew member was attentive and checked in throughout the entire tour. We were lucky enough to get approached by a dolphin and a sting ray, such an amazing experience!

this was such a great experience 10/10 highly recommended. We did the snorkeling and they took us to a island beach and they gave us drinks & food.
